Updated inapplicable example 6 to replace role=region with role=heading

this is a call for review to update the rule "Headers attribute specified on a cell refers to cells in the same table element”. This update modifies Inapplicable Example 6, which previously used role="region" without an accessible name. As a result, it was not recognized as a region and was still computed as a table. The example has been revised to use role="heading" along with an appropriate aria-level.
