[WF2] repetition model example

The example given in  
http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/WD-web-forms-2-20060821/#introduction1 is  
slightly incorrect. Given that new elements are inserted with respect to  
the parent element and not with respect to the current ___location of the  
repetition template they will end up before the headers which is not what  
you want. I suppose adding <tbody> can solve this problem.
