Hi,

I have some questions about the canvas accessibility test results in Chrome.

> the hit region start location of the red rectangle (top left is off) in the accessibility API.
I'm not sure but the location seems to be normal currently.

Recently, I fixed the issue in Chrome and I did test yesterday in latest Canary on Windows.

But I'm not sure whether the issue is the same with this.

> The hit regions should have been removed. It was not.
It means that the api should remove accessibility region of descendant element(control) if the removeHitRegion(id) is called. Is my understanding correct?
If so, it makes sense. I didn't implement considering it in Chrome but I'll able to add it. (If needed)
