I support such a CG but don't know whether I'll be able to participate
substantially.
I think that bSDD and IEC CDD can be added to the scope.
We wrote about enhancements that can be done to the structure and semantic
representation of bSDD, and bSI undertook some of them.
Here is a demo including report, SPARQL and GraphQL querying.
