RDF-Based Semantics: "Feature Freeze" for publication as 2nd WD

Hi!

As promised at the last telco, I have now stopped doing significant changes to the RDF-Based Semantics. There are still four non-trivial open issues, but I will defer work on them to the time after the publication as a 2nd WD.
 
However, some editorial work still needs to be done before 2nd WD publication (proof reading the whole document once, correction of citations and cross references, spell checking, checking the rendering of all formulae). 

Since the publication is planned for Monday, the 1st of December, I plan to finish this editorial work till Thursday night, 27th.
