I am Joaqu�n Salvach�a. I am associated professor at the  
Telecommunication Engineering school at Universidad Polit�cnica de  
Madrid. I work with Professor Juan Quemada.  Our background is formal  
protocol design and verification and distributed multimedia  
application. We have also work on semantic web applications for  
learning objects reuse.

We are now working with Ruby on Rails, so we would like to do some  
implementations using it. Antonio Tapiador and Javier Cervi�o are Phd  
students that will work on this issue.
