Re: Agenda

For context, and for anyone who missed today's meeting, the "ACT Material" 
refers to a request from the ACT Rules TF for our TF to review their addition 
of a label in name algorithm.

I've created a stub issue in w3c/wcag for tracking, which contains the 
relevant links, since the actual PR is under the act-rules org.
