eladalon1983 has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/mediacapture-screen-share: == Unmark feature as "at risk" - `CaptureController : EventTarget` == [CaptureController](https://www.w3.org/TR/screen-capture/#dom-capturecontroller) was marked as inheriting from [EventTarget](https://dom.spec.whatwg.org/#eventtarget) in #269, subject to a warning that this marking is "at risk". Since then, [Captured Surface Control](https://w3c.github.io/mediacapture-surface-control/) has been adopted by the WebRTC WG. Given that CSC defines the [onzoomlevelchange](https://w3c.github.io/mediacapture-surface-control/#dom-capturecontroller-onzoomlevelchange) event handler, and given that that part of the spec is relatively within consensus, it would probably be useful to remove the "at risk" marking.
