Chris Lilley is minuted as saying:

>> REX takes DOM events from one document and lets you
>> encapsulate them in XML so you can transmit them and replay
>> them elsewhere, e.g. for replaying or operating a remote
>> user interface.

The Abstract says:

This specification defines an XML [XML] grammar intended for
representing events as they are defined in DOM 3 Events [DOM3EV],
primarily but not exclusively for purposes of transmission. It enables
one endpoint to interact remotely with another endpoint holding a DOM
representation by sending it DOM Events as if they had occurred directly
at the same ___location.

Does anyone volunteer to review this?
