Change in ___location for translation.

The norwegian translation of Namespaces in XML has changed its ___location.
the new ___location is:
http://www.net-blast.com/Webdesk/documents/w3.org-TR/REC/REC-xml-names-no-bkm.html

and by the way, My last-name is spelled with an �.
