                The Authority that I work for regulates the standards for technology for use of the Government of Panama. In the pursuit of said goal, we are about to set the standards for the design and implementation of Web Pages. In the document, which would be made public, we use your standards, translated to Spanish. So as to not infringe any legal copyright, I consult you in the manner in which we should proceed, as well as any particular instructions to use, put, or adhere to the document we have made.
