Hi,
DOM Level 3 Core notes that DOMConfiguration parameters and feature
strings are case-insensitive, but it does not define how to compare
strings other than saying it must happen in terms of code points which
is obvious, but it doesn't say whether .hasFeature('�' ...) matches a
'SS' feature, for example.
