Dear XML Core Working Group,

  http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-xlink11-20050707/ appendix C imports
http://www.w3.org/2001/xml.xsd into the sample schema. Please either
remove or replace this schema with something more appropriate as the
referenced schema contradicts the XML Recommendations (e.g., it pro-
hibes use of xml:lang="").
